Service dept was very knowledgeable on what my vehicle needed and had the history of what has been done.

Had an issue and scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. They gave me an accurate price and time before they started working on it. I agreed to the terms and they did an excellent job fixing my oil cooler lines. If I have future issues I will definitely consider coming back. I also like how they have a recommendation for future services.

It was a good experience, but I was a cash buyer and I wanted to know what all the deals were. They should’ve told me about the extended warranty plans when I called the first time. so I would’ve had a little more time to think about it instead of getting bombarded with information.

Michael Graff does a wonderful job in taking care of my vehicle. It did take 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and I understand it can get very busy and sometimes there are emergencies.

Daughter's car- for oil change. Talked to have squeaking noise checked when brought in-wasn't checked, oil life monitor not reset, & no wash coupon given. I'm over 100 miles away & had to have someone check the oil color to make sure it was changed. Let them know beforehand that was going to use rewards points for payment (have done it before on my account) & there were still issues- they kept her at dealership & finally let her go. I was working nights & was sleeping so I didn't get the phone calls for the rewards information (which was supposed to be on the account) I've done business there for quite a few years & just purchased a pickup in January from them. Usually good service- but not this time. Thanks

Great service, good people however, entirely to long to get all things completed, When they, the people knew just what we wanted 4 to 5 days before we arrived there. We asked to put some dollars down to get things done before we drove the 2 1/2 hours to Billings. Had the dealership been fully committed to sell the unit to us a good down payment would have assured your company WE WERE COMMITED to purchase the High Country Chevy. A super truck by the way. We had a super good salesman in Garret. A great asset to your company.

First, as usual AJ Daniels took great care of me, getting the windshield replacement scheduled and the claim made as well as arranging for the oil change as well. A woman called, sorry I cannot remember her name, to confirm the windshield replacement time. I was late arriving for my scheduled oil change appointment due to road construction but Scott was very gracious and understanding! Scott arranged for a ride for my mother and I over to the mall, the gentleman that took us was awesome, my mom got his card but I missed his name! Scott called when the vehicle was finished and arranged for a driver to pick us up. Scott helped me with payment and collecting my keys. This was an awesome experience!! Thanks so much!!

Had an issue with my Silverado, David P. and everyone in the service department were amazing to work with. I’ve read about other places not helping on a timely manner or telling people parts are back ordered but every interaction with Denny Menholt’s service department has been amazing and I hear that from everyone else regarding this dealership.

Parker was phenomenal. He helped us out in every aspect and helped us look for exactly what we needed in a great timely manner. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very knowledgeable in all categories. Parker made buying a new car an easy experience.

I recently came in for an appointment for routine maintenance and was informed that there was a delay due to a recent reduction of mechanics, and that it would take an hour to an hour and a half to complete the service. I was not concerned regarding the additional time and went to wait in the waiting room. After two and a half hours the service representative came in and informed me that it would take at least another hour and a half as they were backed up. At this time I asked for a ride home. As I was on my way to the ride I was told that he had to drop some clients off at WalMart (I had arrived well before them) and then to pick up another before I would be taken to my destination. When I informed the driver I had been there 2 1/2 hours already I was told that I would just have to wait my turn. I of course declined the ride as I felt the drivers attitude was a little out of line. Fortunately the other driver arrived shortly after and I was taken to my destination. Other than that, the service was top notch and the service representative was very respective.u

Morgan Sanner was our salesman and he did a wonderful job. We are on a road trip with our 5th wheel. We needed to upgrade our tow vehicle which meant a new hitch. Morgan got the vehicle to the RV dealer and got the hitch installed for us as we traveled to the dealership. The lack of a 5th star is due to no one being able to find our second key or owners manual. Again Morgan has assured us, that today Monday the 28th of July when his new car manager is in the office, he will Finland mail us the missing items. Also, finance didn't offer and we didn't think to ask for hard copies of our finance contract. Again Morgan said he will have Tom email us a copy Monday. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. From Peyton in internet sales, Morgan in sales and Tom in finance.

Had an appointment at 9:30 - called at 11:45 tech was not around - no one could tell if my car was done. Called back at 12:15 he was on lunch wouldn’t be available for an hour. Finally one of the office girls took initiative to find out about my car

My wife brought in our 2020 1500 Duramax for prepaid service and a fuel filter change. When we received the vehicle after the service the paperwork noted the tires were at 8/32 (they were at the wear bar), the fuel filter life had not been reset, and the technician had broken the passenger side mirror. The service department has replaced the mirror, but we had to call to verify that it had been received and when we could schedule it for the repair. While it was in for the mirror replacement, we requested for an alignment to be done, but did not receive an inspection report. I understand people make mistakes and the service department has made things right by replacing the mirror, but with the inaccuracies and missing inspection reports we do have to question whether or not we continue to use Denny Menholt for our vehicle services.

The overall service was excellent however my husband was treated very poorly by the receptionist at the Service department. I believe her name is Teri. She was rude and unprofessional. We have supported Denny Menholt for years and most likely will continue. This does not give the company the green light to not deal with their employees who could potentially cause customers to go elsewhere. I made a call to her supervisor and was told he would “deal” with it. I have not heard back from anyone who has dealt with the situation. So boo for that.

Working with a single sales person end-2-end was a good experience. There was no attempt to tag-team me, or pass me around to difference sales personnel. Glenn is easy going and very accommodating. The contract office was a straight forward and a quick process. This experience was unlike other dealers where hours can be spend in that office playing math games with the sale. I very much appreciate the straight forward process among sales and contract offices.

My problem was taken care of in a very professional and timely manner

Took car in for the 3rd time to have it checked as it accelerates when you turn on some occasions, which I feel is very hazardous. Was told by the shop foreman that his car does the same thing. I asked if he had reported it and he said no, that I must have bumped the wheel on the steering wheel for cruise control, so I have been paying close attention, and the vehicle still does it and I know i am NOT touching the wheel. I would like to see this issue addressed as I feel it is a real safety hazard.

did not top off DEF fluid again (3rd time this has occurred) Car is currently in shop in Bismark, ND broke down on highway. (Service emission system & Seervice ESC Code) We have tried on multiple occasions to get those issues fixed but you do not have the parts to do so. Not thrilled.

After getting home in my new Equinox EV, I found I was missing the all weather mat that goes in the storage area and the entire flat repair kit. It has been 24 hours now with no solution. It’s bad enough there’s no spare tire, but not having a repair kit is unsatisfactory. The dealership obviously removed it for some other purpose and didn’t replace it. Also, finance pulled four credit reports on myself and my wife, really excessive. Not a good experience. They also offered me a level 2 wall charger for $1500. GM’s wall charger is $899. I bought a highly rated one online for $549. Why would they try to stick me with such an overpriced unit? Certainly not going to convince me to visit the parts department. Overall, the dealership would not get my recommendation. I like the EV, would probably recommend another dealer.

I bought a new car after driving my Toyota Camry for 23 years almost. I am still learning all the controls even though Tim went through everything .

Got scheduled oil and tire appointments completed easily while also having ordered vintage GM keys. New keys were cut successfully while also being guaranteed that they would be corrected if there was an issue.

I’ve always had a great experience with Denny Menholt. This recent visit wasn’t the best. I had my windshield replaced. When I picked up my vehicle, there was glass all over the cab.. dash and seats. I hope next time the team pays attention to those things for either myself or future customers.

The service took much longer than what was told to me during booking. Also I was informed there was free shuttle so when I arrived I was not informed fully this was a first come first serve. I arrived at 9 am and stated I didn’t need a shuttle until 11 am for my daughter’s appointment. The service gentleman said ok. Around 10:45am I asked the cashier office staff if the shuttle was going to be coming soon and they responded “oh no they are in the heights.” I informed them when I checked in I let Michael know I needed a shuttle at 11am and he didn’t say in one way or another you just have to get on one when it arrives. One of them said “yeah that’s not how the shuttle works.” They were very rude. At 11 am I went to the cashier staff again and asked if they knew or I was going to get an Uber. One of them replied, better just get an Uber. So I booked an Uber to and from Denny Menholt to make my daughter’s appointment. Overall staff was rude at the cashier office, Michael was kind but I am disappointed about not knowing about the shuttle. I also was not informed the alignment would be a cost and that it was part of my maintenance free portion. Also I was told there was a recall on the software but I don’t think they did anything my main screen froze the next day. Terrible experience and I am looking to go elsewhere after my maintenance free is done. Will go to another dealership for mileage needed services.

Gavin our salesman was excellent from the start through a thorough breakdown of every bell and whistle my wifes new equinox has (and there is a bunch). Already, after the sale, I had a question on the paperwork we were supposed to receive (texted him on Saturday), and Monday he ensured that it would be taken care of and we would have our paperwork by email that day. Sure enough, we received it less than 30 minutes later. I think every sales person will tell you any problems, just call them and they'll take care of it. Having bought more than a few vehicles, that's mostly bogus. But, in this case, I believe Gavin will follow up with any question I have and get personally involved to make answering the question or resolving the issue his mission. I appreciate that and it gives us (especially my wife a warm fuzzy that this person will indeed step into help on request). That piece of mind especially for her is worth alot.

I got my vehicle right in, with no wait time, there was minimal wait time during service, more service was done than I was expecting (went in for an oil change and got a multi-point inspection & tire rotation), and all staff was very professional and courteous. Turned over to me my truck when they new the driver door would not close.

Bought the truck to pull my trailer. Maiden voige,the electrical hook wouldn't allow the trailer lights to come on. Next pushed 4 wheel drive button and pushed into dash. Bracket broken inside. Not a good start.😝

Everything was great

I had not driven my new to me pickup(used 2020) for more than 300 miles (all interstate) when I noticed smoke coming from underneath the hood when I parked. I called texted my salesman at the billings dealership and he told me to take it to service shop ASAP. Got it there in the morning and was told they are slammed and could possibly get to it later on that day for a quick inspection, but we're packed. Updated my salesman on situation and he said he would call them. Got a call back from service department and they had diagnosed my pickup and found a cracked radiator. They had the part and could get it repaired in about 10hrs. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from them at 9:30am the next morning saying it was ready to pickup! Since I hadn't owned the pickup long before this cracked radiator, I was told my salesman would cover the cost. With im under a couple of different warranties right now it was only the deductible, I do appreciate paying for that definitely makes me feel a little better about the situation. David was the service guy dealt with, and he was great to deal with. My salesman was the absolute best, and sole reason I bought a vehicle that day. He was awesome to deal and talk with before I bought and he has been a huge help after with answering questions and helping get my truck a little jump in the service line. He said he was really new to being a car salesman, but i would have never guessed. Hopefully this Billings dealeship keeps him around because he worth every penny! I have his name in my phone saved as Jeremy, I sure hope that's correct. Now I just hope my pickup doesnt have any more breakdowns for a bit.

John turned a bad experience with a cashier issue to a way better experience and then Gus followed back up with me on the issue and made it all good. This was my first bad experience so praying it will never occur again. I really enjoy the service I generally receive in the shop. Just need all to be respectful towards the customers and assist where needed. One bad experience can cost you down the road with a word of mouth.

Gus, my service technician always goes above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle is taken care of and I am completely satisfied. All of the staff at Denny Menholt are courteous and friendly.

At the beginning I told Mike Graf that my service air bag notification has been on, we made an appointment for Friday at 9. Mike also made an appoint to tell me about my air filter needing to be replaced by physically bringing it out to me saying that it is 60% plugged. Told him I would take care it myself. Nothing else was mentioned about needing fixed. When he told me my vehicle was ready he mentioned he made that appointment for my air bag for Monday, told him no it’s supposed to be for Friday he said that’s right. After I got my paperwork I noticed all of the stuff that was noted that needed to be replaced which was never brought to my attention. Pretty much every fluid in my vehicle needed to be replace except for the oil since it was just done. The communication regarding my vehicle should have been better.

I’ve purchased my last vehicle there and this visit was amazing - excellent service , the wash on my vehicle was ok but I did get a full tank of gas . The Salesman and the other gentleman was outstanding - nothing but classy !

They fixed the problem on my not even a month old purchased truck don't get me wrong...But I paid for the service. I haven't even made my first payment and I have already had to come in for service.....I was told that I should have purchased an extra extended warranty.....I haven't had the truck for even 20 days....I was also told my new vehicle had a block heater by our sales person and it does not. I wouldn't have purchased the truck had I known that. We live in the mountains in MT and needed to have the block heater. We were just "out of luck". I have purchased 5 vehicles from Denny Menholt. So much for customer service. I will not be buying another vehicle from here again.

Scott in the service department won me over first and while ago. Then I met Tony in sales and with no pressure he explained features and financing on a new pickup. A year and a half ago I bought a 2024 custom crew. Since then I have stopped by to see both of my friends. When I stopped last time. I spotted a 2026 custom crew trail boss. I looked up Tony and he got me into a new pickup and saved me some money. Everyone at My dealership likes their job and is therefore good at it. I recommend Tony and Scott at Denny Menholt just about every where I go.

Worst experience of my life. As a disabled vet buying a new vehicle is stressful enough around Veterans Day. My truck arrived over 8 weeks late. I drove a block when I test drove it and told my saleswomen something was wrong with my truck. I took two days off work to drive out of state to pick up this truck 2026zr2. I broke down on the highway 2.9 miles away. I sat at the dealership for over 8 hours waiting for them to fix my truck. They put over 300 extra miles on my truck. At closing time they said they couldn't fix it and blamed the manufacture . I left with the truck I already traded in earlier that day and had to spend 75$ more on gas to fill it up .i requested as high of leadership as I could get. They only offered free step rails and or a free 600$ payment for my troubles. I told them I lost two days of pay. I got home a day late without my new vehicle . Jason was not willing to budge on anything blaming the manufacture . I will never speak highly of my sales team . Nobody offered me lunch, I was stranded at the dealership all day .
